Moving on with the fangirl trip… ^^
The ugly weather of the next day was nothing what we couldn´t bear. Or that´s what I thought in the morning, at least. XD
First of all we headed to Koraku-en Garden, which was so peaceful and empty, that it was hard to believe we were still in Tokyo.
Originally, I planned to visit more gardens and parks, but as you might have heard about the dengue fever transmitted by mosquitos, causing the partial or complete closing up of these pieces of nature in Tokyo (not mentioning the total lack of our time for calm walks XD), we basically ended up with Koraku-en only. And even there were the warning notices about it. It freaked us out a little, but it was all right - no mass insect attack. :D

After the walk around the whole garden we arrived to Tokyo Dome, which was just another place to visit no matter what for us, even though it was closed and completely ´dead´, as well as the amusement park nearby. But we were there and that counts! :D
Just imagining KAT-TUN a few years ago filling the whole stadium up to the last seat made us to stay there for a while and remembering the concerts we saw at home...

Next stop was busy Ginza, where we peeked into Sony Building with quite awesome TV sets and then we had a lunch. We kind of didn´t estimate the size of it correctly and ended up quite stuffed. XD

Last place to go on that day was Akihabara...
Well, we searched there for Book Off store for half an hour before my dear sis noticed some ad for it finally. We spend A LOT of time there and it definitely paid off, as we left with bags full of KAT-TUN CD´s and DVD, which were basically free of charge. XD
By that time the weather was already really awful, it was raining and we were still kind of confused about this district (and tired), so we rather decided to go back to hotel, despite we wanted to see the Electric City too...
Our friend arrived safely to Tokyo that evening, and we agreed to meet up the next morning on the breakfast. ^^
To be continued~

Date: 2014-11-11 07:04 pm (UTC)Let´s say that we were pretty tired, but it was nothing in comparison with what I´ve experienced the first time in Japan. ^^´
Akihabara got us ´on our knees´, I am still upset about how LOST we were there... And I hadn´t seen there what I wanted to, so I guess it will need one more try. XD
