[KAT-TUN] 2018 Album - CAST

I just want/need to share my joy...

Finally, after years of anxious waiting, we get our Captains back and on top of that in such a force!
I´ve just finished listening to CAST Album for the first time and I´m almost speechless...

It´s different, it´s new, exciting, unusual and lovely.
Even though it took me some time before I shook the feeling of ´is-that-really-KAT-TUN´ off, it´s clear to me now - THEY ARE BACK and I dare to say that in a better shape than ever ~~(since they started losing the members, I mean...).~~

I will give it like two, three more times and I bet I´ll be obsessed. XD
~~Though, I guess it will take more than that with ´Dirty, Sexy, NIght´, it reminds me of ´Kiss, Kiss, Kiss´ too much...~~
Solo songs are great too, even if it seems that Kame took some weird lyrics/music lessons from someone....

What about you? Did you have a change to hear all the songs yet?
What do you think about them? Do you have your favorite?
Mine is ´New Genesis´ for now (and ´One Way Love´, of course, Kame), but I suppose it´ll change yet. ^^´

New Year - New Starts

My dear readers...

It has been a while, hasn´t it?
How did you enjoy Christmas holidays and New Year´s celebrations? I hope you all had funny, relaxing and lovely time.

I spent Christmas at my parents´ place and it was exactly what I had imagined it to be like - the best relaxation I could have ~~(it was damn needed....)~~. And my last day of the 2017 and the first one of the 2018 was more than nice, spent with my friends and my dearest sis. Followed by the best topping I could ever wished for...

I know WE ALL KNOW ALREADY, but since there is such a lovely opportunity, I cannot leave it unused, so...

\^_^/ KAT-TUN IS BACK \^_^/

I can imagine that my over-happy reaction at 5:00 AM, when I found out about this special Johnny´s Countdown surprise from Twitter, must have startled the neighbours, but what kind of Hyphen would have given a damn, right? The realization that our dear Captains are back on ship still brings a happy smile on my face.

And.... I know of no better way to celebrate their comeback than with my own ´coming back´.
So, I´d like to announce, with clear conscience ~~(I was not sure a few days ago)~~ that my little hiatus is over now. Since the first chapter of RW III. is in a great progress, I can honestly say: Hell, yes, I´m back in this story. No regrets. XD

Not today, not tomorrow, but soon, very soon, I promise, you can expect the continuation of my western-AKame (bloody) love story.

Looking forward to meet you all again in comments!

[KAT-TUN] My Top 10 Chart(s)

It has been a long time since I started to write this post (it was in August, I think…). It somehow stuck in my computer only half-prepared and I just wasn´t able to finish it (from many many reasons). But finally! I could do it, and I´m proud of myself. ^^´

Spin-chan ( spinelie), who now belongs to my ´thanks-LJ-for-letting-me-know-about-these-Hyphens´ Friends, was at the beginning of this idea, as she made this (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFIta22AhOs) lovely video about her KAT-TUN Top 10…
I was thinking about doing something like this when the Anniversary Album was released and I´ve found out that Hyphens chose some songs, which I would not include into the Best OF (as Bounce Girl, or Shunkanshuuto) myself. It made me wonder if I´m able to do some selection at all. Because at first, when I tried to think about my favorite songs, I realized there would be at least Top 30 chart from them. I thought that I´m just not able to do it, because… you know… I love all their songs. XD
But following Spin-chan´s example, I decided to be harsh on myself and chose "really" only ten. Though, I cheated a little in the end…
I couldn´t do only one chart, so there are TWO of them. The first one includes only 6-nin songs and the second chart is for 5- and 4-nin songs.

I love KAT-TUN music in general and many of their songs are really… special for me, even though I do not consider them to be especially great as comes to music or lyrics, so I wasn´t able to choose a proper order for them. Therefore, they´re aligned according to the date of release or the sequence at the album. So, it doesn´t mean that REAL FACE mentioned as the first is my favorite. XD
Also, I´d like to mention that NO solos and NO special compilations (as Kizuna, Butterfly or Monster Night) are considered in those charts. I´d have to make a third one for those. XD

Let me know what your favorite KAT-TUN songs are, if you like, or make a chart on your own. It was not easy ~~(IT WAS HELL TO PICK SO FEW, DAMN IT)~~, but it was really a fun to do it. And it´s a good reminder of everything what our dear Captains accomplished so far.

Keep waiting for their comeback, kimitachi! ^^/

With a kind approval of spinelie, I´d like to share the two of her hilarious videos about KAT-TUN, which are really... apt. :´D Both of them made me laugh so hard, I couldn´t stop even on the day after, just remembering it.

Just fyi, neither of them mean any offense to ANY of the members, so there´s no need to be upset or angry ~~(it´s obvious that she loves them just as the rest of us ^^´).~~
And hell, we all need some fun in these hiatus-days, right?

[Japan] Short but great vacation

18.4. – 23.4. 2016, ÓSAKA

I´ve been there with my sis for 5 nights...
- flying with Emirates Airlines (one of the best we´ve used for traveling so far, at least according to my opinion)
- visiting Hozanji Temple, Namba, Daisenryo Kofun tomb, Kyocera Dome ^_^, Aquarium Kaiyukan, Shintennoji Temple, Osaka Castle and Floating Garden
- shopping in Book-Off shops (yes, again), in Shinsaibashi and in Tower Records of course!
- eating takoyaki, gyoza, ramen, soba noodles and tempura and more.... I just loved breakfasts (rice and salmon!!)

The weather was mostly sunny and even too warm for my taste, it was raining for just one day and then in the evening of our departure.
I also tried used my poor Nihongo (Japanese) a few times, suprisingly with success and bought a lot of sweets and omiyage (souvenirs) for friends and family.
And a top of this "trip" – KAT-TUN の ´10ks!´ live in Kyocera Dome = unforgettable experience.

Looking at what I wrote, I think we managed quite a lot within such short time. And I already miss Japan... Again.

PS: We managed to catch quite a few Johnny´s idols on TV, but Kame just once in Raizin CM! O_o

KAT-TUN held their last live tour “KAT-TUN 10th Anniversary Live Tour 10Ks!” on 1st May at the Tokyo Dome. After this, KAT-TUN activities will cease as they enter a recharge period. Below is the message from Kamenashi Kazuya.

“Hi, this is KAT-TUN’s Kamenashi. Thank you for coming today. Before our 10th year anniversary, another member left again…From 6 members to 5, from 5 to 4, from 4 to 3. Every time this happens, we’re able to stand in front of everyone and talk(about moving forward together). However, time and again, we were not able to deliver our promises.

As a member of KAT-TUN, I’m really ashamed, regretful, and sorry. We, too, came so far after overcoming all these walls. When i feel like escaping, because of the support from everyone, i felt the need to stay in KAT-TUN, to be the Kamenashi who loves KAT-TUN. I’m really thankful.

From tomorrow onwards, we will have to put in our best in various places. I also hope to be able to move on with strength while searching for the new Kamenashi Kazuya, in my own time and place. I will treasure all the experience and scenes i’ve seen up till now, and hope i can bring it back to this place.

Finally, we KAT-TUN are K – Kamenashi Kazuya, A – Akanishi Jin, T-Taguchi Junnosuke, T-Tanaka Koki, U-Ueda Tatsuya, N – Nakamaru Yuichi. We are a group made of these 6. We might not exist if not for these 6, and I might not be able to meet everyone like this. The remaining 2 here (Nakamaru and Ueda) have been through alot, but we’d like to thank the 3 who left for walking so far.

From now, the future is a question mark. From time to time, we may make you worry, we ourselves will also feel the same. However, we will continue and make you feel that this is necessary in order to protect KAT-TUN.

So please continue to follow us. When each of us have gathered enough strength and feel like we’ve protected KAT-TUN, I’d like to return proudly as KAT-TUN’s Kamenashi Kazuya. Please take care of us and thank you.”

Oh, yes, no matter that this song, in contrast with its title, brings more pain than joy, I´m quite proud of this piece of KAT-TUN music as well. ^^´

Released on 2nd March; officially their last 4-nin single… I really like the play of white and black in the PV and especially those parts where there is “more” of them - they are so kakkoiii… *o*

GREATEST JOURNEY
I think this was a perfect choice for the last 4-nin PV to be made; they made me laugh so hard over it (f~~or the 1st time since Junno has announced his departure~~). I really needed something like this…

“10ks” Album
The list of ´Best of´ songs was released; just going through it made me feel so nostalgic… I´m “afraid” this will be one of those things I just NEED TO OWN. ^^´ Not to mention those covers! I approve. :D

Plus, there is a new 3-nin song (ballad) ´Kimi no Yume, Boku no Yume´ included. I got inexplicably excited about the information that the same person (Suga Shikao), who wrote ´Real Face´ for them is behind this. I´m so curious about it!
(The realization that they made this in 3-nin unit still saddens me, but… We all are trying to deal with all of this somehow, right?)

誕生日おめでとう
Otanjoubi omedetou, Kame-chan!!

It´s really hard to believe that our dear ´Turtle´, K of KAT-TUN, Kamenashi Kazuya is already thirty years old!
Come on, how does he do that? He looks more like twenty. XD

From time to time, I´m still amazed that with the passing years my admiration, respect and fangirl love for this talented and handsome young man only grow and get stronger. He´s not only my favorite singer or actor or idol or ichiban anymore. He means much more than only that to me. In more ways than one he had become my role model. Keeping such a strong affection towards someone I´ve never met in person may be weird, but it´s how I feel, and I consider it simply special. Too special to ever give up on it...

PS: At the opportunity of Kame´s birhtday, I´ve joined the idea of ´Kame World Fan Project´ and prepared the special postcard. It´s not adressed only to Kame though, it belongs to all members, since they all deserve our support... I remember now, I used to send a lot of similar postcards before, after Koki was kicked out... Who knows if KAT-TUN even ever got their hands on it? But I can (and should) keep on my faith in this too, shouldn´t I?

Somehow, (and this time it was really almost a miracle with that crazy schedule of mine XD) I managed to send also the postcard number 14 on time.
This one definitely belongs to my favorites; Arabian Hyphens did a great job with it. ^^

It´s the first one in 2015 ~~(and I´m still in this project, even though I didn´t expect it O_o)~~ and also the first one, which I sent from Prague... More information will (hopefully) follow later in some private post.
